Giovanna Bellas, Commercial Investment Executor and Licensed Realtor ®

Giovanna M. Bellas established her real estate career with the fastest growing real estate broker in the United States: Keller Williams Realty & KW Commercial. Her team and education based firm is conveniently located in Maryland’s Metropolitan Hub of Baltimore, adjacent to the downtown Inner Harbor on Canton Square. Mark Shapiro, Commercial Real Estate Broker, Expert, Developer.

Mark A. Shapiro began working in commercial real estate in 1978. During his career as a commercial real estate broker and developer, Mark developed an interest in and appreciation of older properties in mature communities.

Between 1987 and 1997, Mark was employed by Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc., where he served as the Senior Development Director and Vice

President of Brokerage Services for commercial properties. For the ten years that Mark was with Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, he developed and brokered over one million square feet of industrial, office and retail property.

As a developer of older and historic properties, Mark gained expertise in the adaptive reuse of often-obsolete real estate, employing creative solutions to difficult real estate problems.

In addition to Mark’s innovative design and use solutions, many of his projects required creative ownership and financing structures, frequently involving multiple sources of private and public debt and equity sources.

Mark has been a fee developer and development consultant for such organizations as Amoco Corporation, University of Maryland Medical Systems, Rite Aid Corporation, The Rouse Company and The Shelter Group.

In 2000, Mark started The Shapiro Company, LLC, which specializes in real estate development and brokerage. In 2008 Mark merged his brokerage business with Keller Williams to form Shapiro KW Commercial.

The Real Estate Artisan, was born in Baltimore and raised in Bel Air, MD. He attended the University of Maryland, College Park where he received a B.A. in Studio Art/Graphic Design. After college, Shawn spent two years working as a mortgage advisor and then two years doing title work. At the same time, he has been successfully running his own design company called Magnum Design Studios.
 
Shawn has since combined his talents and strengths. He has done so by working as a Realtor for Keller Williams Realty in Baltimore. “Sharing my passion and collective experience allows me to transform a large and complicated process into a work of art.” No two transactions are the same and sometimes a hurdle may arise. A natural problem solver, Shawn welcomes a challenge. “I truly enjoy working with my clients and helping them fulfill their real estate needs.
